Installation Responsibility: The consumer is responsible for properly installing the Device.
Improper installation may void the warranty and insurance of the vehicle. The provider recommends
professional installation by an auto electrician to avoid any potential wiring issues. The provider is
not liable for any faults or issues with the vehicle arising from installation or use of the Device,
including the immobilisation feature.

Legal Compliance: The consumer must comply with all relevant Australian laws and regulations
when using the Device.

Disclaimer: The provider does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information
provided through the Device and Service and will not be held responsible for any errors or
omissions. The consumer assumes all risk and responsibility for their use of the Device and Service.

Modifications: The provider reserves the right to modify these terms without prior notice. It is the
consumer's responsibility to regularly review these terms.

Limitation of Liability: The provider shall not be liable for any damages, including direct,
indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising from the use of the Device and Service. This
includes all damages of any kind, such as loss of data, income, or property, and claims from third
parties.

Indemnification: The consumer agrees to indemnify and hold the provider, its affiliates, officers,
agents, and employees harmless from any claims made by third parties due to the consumer's use of
the Device and Service.

Confidentiality: The provider will keep all consumer-provided information confidential and use it

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding these terms will be resolved through binding

Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the provider and the
consumer, superseding all prior agreements, written or oral.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Termination: The provider reserves the right to terminate the consumer's use of the Device and
Service at any time if the consumer engages in illegal activities or uses the Device and Service
outside its intended purpose. Any suspicious activity involving the SIM card will result in immediate
termination. The provider reserves the right to take necessary actions in case of violation of these
terms and conditions.

Warranty: The Device comes with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and
workmanship for a specified period from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover
damages caused by improper installation, abuse, or neglect. The provider's liability under the
warranty is limited to repairing or replacing the Device and does not include installation or removal
costs. Unused data or the Device is non-refundable. Transferring the iTrac GPS device to another
user incurs a fee of $89 inc GST.

Service: The provider offers a Service for tracking and monitoring the location of the Device. The
provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service without prior notice and is not liable
for any loss or damages caused by such modifications or discontinuation. The consumer is
responsible for checking the availability and functionality of the Service.

Data Plan: The Device requires a data plan for proper use. The consumer is responsible for
purchasing and maintaining the necessary data plan
